Dear ladies and gentlemen, thank you for taking the time today for the fourth quarter results presentation of Ascendas India Trust for the year ended '18/'19.

A few key highlights. We've talked about this earlier. Some of the awards that we won in this last financial year for governance and performance. Moving on to the results for the quarter.

I'm happy to say that we have achieved quite a healthy set of results. For the fourth quarter FY '18/'19, our total property income is up about 2% in rupees and about 13% at the NPR level in rupees. At NPR level, the growth in Sing dollars is about 5%. Income available for distribution has gone up by 15% in rupees and about 9% in Sing dollars.
