Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for taking time for the Second Half Financial Year 2022 Results for CapitaLand India Trust.
So as we start with the highlights for the year that just went by, we achieved 7% year-on-year growth in terms of net property income at about $167 million. Our DPU growth was 5% for the full year and 9% for the second half of the year. AUM, $2.5 billion. I'm also very pleased to say that our committed occupancy went up from 87% a year back to 92%. We're also seeing a significant improvement in physical occupancy in the parks. We are at 50% -- 46% now. We are also increasing our green building portfolio
