Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for joining us today for the webcast of the CapitaLand India Trust first half financials presentation. Key financial highlights, we grew our distribution per unit by 8% year-on-year and by 18% over the second half of FY 2023. We also saw strong NPI growth of 10% between 2H 2023 and 1H 2024.
Some of the key highlights during the first half, one important milestone, which our finance team achieved. We got the triple B minus credit rating from Fitch. This allows us to do bond issuances in addition to raising bilateral loans. We believe that the bond market is quite favorable in terms of interest rates. So this will help us to lower our cost of financing.
