Mr President, good morning, everyone, and welcome to this special meeting of the shareholders of Sphere 3D Corporation. My name is Duncan McEwan and I am Chairman of the Board. Also present at the meeting are Directors, Sue Harnett; and Timo Hanley, and our CEO, Kurt L. Kalbfleisch.
We are pleased to host the meeting through TSX Trust Company's virtual meeting platform, accessible to all our shareholders regardless of physical location, to participate, submit questions and vote. I officially call the meeting to order and appoint [Jason Moretzky], Canadian Corporate Counsel, to act as Secretary of the meeting, and Amy Cam of TSX Trust Company to act as Scrutineer of the meetings.
