Thank you very much, and good morning, everyone, and welcome to this Annual Meeting of the shareholders of Sphere 3D Corp.
My name is Duncan McEwan, and I am Chairman of the Board.
Also present with me today are nominated directors, Susan Harnett and Tim Hanley. Kurt Kalbfleisch, our Chief Executive Officer and CFO, is also with us today, also as is Tiah Reppas, our Chief Accounting Officer.
