My name is Duncan McEwan, and I'm Chairman of the Board.
Also present with me today are current directors, Susan Harnett and Tim Henley, Kurt Kalbfleisch, our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and Tiah Reppas, our Chief Accounting Officer.
