Okay, good morning everyone, and thank you for joining us. I wanted to start today.
By reflecting back further than just the prior year because there's a bit of a milestone today.
Which is it's 25 years since the now famous or infamous GBP1 bet in a Bolton pub that conceived AO into being. It's been a fantastic journey of innovation and investment, resilience and rejuvenation, hard work and a lot of heroism through that. We've come a long way and there's definitely still a lot more to do.
But we really are just only getting started, and personally I have never been more excited about our business. Today we have operations spanning retail, warehousing, logistics, recycling, circularity, and insurance. We're
