Good morning, and welcome to the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of BRC, Inc. I'm Evan Hafer, Founder of BRC, Inc. And Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. It's my pleasure to welcome all of you. It's 11 a.m. Eastern Time on May 28, 2026, and in accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call the meeting to order.
