Half Year 2021 Auction Technology Group PLC Earnings Call Transcript
Hello, and thank you for joining us today on ATG's first interim results call. We're excited to have you here and to share what we've been able to do over the last 6 months.
First of all, I guess, if you've seen the posting from this morning, we're very happy with these first year results. The last 6 months with our revenue being up 48% and our EBITDA being up 158% year-over-year.
The key message that I think we wanted to get across with these results is that the momentum that we saw at the back half of fiscal year '20 has been sustained and has carried on right through the first half of fiscal year '21 for us. And at the same time, while we're seeing some very positive signs on all the key metrics, we want to just to remind people that as we come up to the summer months of June, July and August, ATG will be lapping some of the most extraordinary performance that it has had.
