Good morning and welcome to Pover's interim results presentation. It's good to be here for my first set of results after taking over as CEO in April this year.

I will start by summarizing the highlights for the 1st 6 months of the year and then hand over to James to talk you through the financials. After that, I will share a bit about my initial impression since joining the group and the outlook for the year before opening up for Q&A.
