My pleasure to have the very senior management team here from eGain which I think is an extremely, extremely interesting company. I've only actually picked them up about six months ago. And I guess, Ashu, I was going to maybe start out with a really high-level question. How did you guys evolve into the position that you are in right now? I know you've been at it a long time, just maybe some of the history behind the Company and where you are at now?
