(foreign language). Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Ryman Healthcare's First Half Results Presentation. My name is David Kerr, and I'm the Chairman of Ryman Healthcare. To my right, we have Gordon MacLeod, our Chief Executive; and David Bennett, our Chief Financial Officer. We've opted to make our half year presentation a virtual event again. We find this as the best approach when we're planning this announcement because it takes the guesswork out of which COVID level we are in. Of course, being virtual doesn't mean there will not be plenty of opportunity to ask questions. (Operator Instructions)

I'm going to give you a brief overview of the first half, an update on the COVID pandemic from our point of view; Gordy will give you his analysis of the half and thoughts on what he sees ahead, and what we plan to achieve; David will then give you some greater detail on our financial results.
