Good morning, everyone. It's nice to be with you all again, and welcome to Ryman Healthcare's results presentation for the 6 months to September 30, 2021.

My name is David Kerr, and I'm the Chair of Ryman Healthcare. And here with me in Christchurch, I have Richard Umbers, our newly appointed Group Chief Executive Officer; and David Bennett, our Group Chief Financial Officer, who many of you will know. On the line from Melbourne is Cameron Holland, the Chief Executive of our Australian business.

In a second, I'll hand over to Richard to give an overview of the result, and he will then hand over to David Bennett for further commentary.
