Thank you. (spoken in foreign language) Good morning, everyone. I'm Richard Umbers, I'm the Group Chief Executive Officer at Ryman Healthcare, and I'm delighted to present our half year results for the six months to the September 30, 2023.

Here with me today, I have Rob Woodgate, our new Group CFO, who joined us on the November 13; as well as former Group CFO and our new Chief Strategy Officer, Dave Bennett.

Given that Rob has only been in the role for a very short period of time, Dave will be presenting the result alongside me today. We will be happy to answer questions at the end of the presentation, and I'm hoping that we'll be able to wrap up within 60 minutes.
