So maybe Beth or Stacy, starting off, you've talked about implementing a business system, nVent's only been a standalone public company for around 9 months or so, so maybe give us some updates as to what kind of business system or processes you're implementing or maybe provide some context as to what it shares or difference from -- in respect to prior companies that you both worked at that also had their own operating systems.
