Good morning, everyone. I'm David Tarantino, the Director of Research of Baird, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to our 49th Annual Industrial Conference. I think we have a great lineup of companies. So I'm confident it will be a very productive week for you.

Just wanted to share a few thoughts on Baird, provide some background, just before we get started with our first presentation of the day. We're celebrating our 100th year this year, very exciting. We had a huge party in Milwaukee. It was really fun. But we've been around for a long time, and we've been very committed to the same goals the entire time, which is taking care of clients. And when we do that well, you guys take care of us and we're successful.

We have offices around the world. We've been growing, investing. This year, we acquired a firm in the Southeast, Hilliard Lyons. So we added that to our portfolio. And now we have a very vibrant company with almost 5,000.
