Good morning, everybody. Thank you for joining us here in Redwood City, at headquarters of our Thermal Management business for our 2019 Institutional Investor Analyst Day. My name is J.C. Weigelt, Vice President of Investor Relations. Again, thank you for those that made the trip out here and welcome to all that are on the webcast today. I'm going to quickly go through some of the fun stuff, logistics forward-looking statement, then I will turn it over to Beth.

So today, again, we're here at Thermal Management facility. Beth is going to kick it off this morning, talking about what 2018 looked like, and then walk through what our main priorities are for 2019 and dive a little bit deeper into that. And then, Brad is going to come up. And we have the opportunity -- since we're here, we're going to do a bit deeper dive into the thermal business. And so once we're done with that, we're going to open up the floor here in Redwood City for questions. We'll invite Beth to come up.
