Thank you, Bjarney, and thank you all for joining. As you can see here behind me, the days are getting a bit shorter here in Iceland and winter is coming. But at the same time, I think we can safely say that spring is coming to the Icelandic capital markets. The Central Bank had its first rates decrease in September, and we have seen a very good pickup, especially in the equity markets since then. And obviously, we are hoping now for inflation to come down quite quickly and further build up in the capital markets.
