Thank you, Shelby. I appreciate it. Good morning, everyone. I'm Bill Ringo, Assembly's Chairman of the Board, and I'd like to welcome you to the 2020 Annual Meeting of our Stockholders of Assembly Biosciences. As you know, we are holding this meeting through a virtual-only online platform for the first time. We've made this change to protect the safety, health and well-being of our stockholders, directors, employees and the public during the shelter-in-place guidance resulting from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
