Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Uponor's Capital Markets Day 2022. My name is (inaudible), I'm from Uponor's Investor Relations, and I will moderate the event today. Our theme of the day is Uponor's new group strategy and new financial targets, which will be covered in the presentations.

Starting with the presentation from Michael, our President and CEO, on the group strategy; followed by presentations from Karsten, Sebastian and John, taking us through the strategy execution in their respective business divisions.
