Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Uponor's Q1 2023 results briefing and my name is Franciska Janzon. I'm from UPONOR's, Investor Relations. Today we will start with a presentation from our President and CEO Michael Rauterkus on the Group's overall development and strategy execution. This will be followed by a review from our CFO, Markus Melkko on the financials. After this, we will hear from our Board member, Hans Sohlstrom, who is Chairman of the subcommittee that has led the Board's assessment of early access nonbinding intention. The presentations will be followed by our Q&A session via the teleconference line.
