Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Uponor's First half year results briefing. My name is Franciska Janzon. I'm from Uponor's Investor Relations. We will start today with presentation from our CEO, Michael Rauterkus, followed by financials review from CFO, Markus Melkko. I'm here in the studio with Franciska and Markus Melkko, our CFO, and I'm very happy today to share with you the results and we always say people first and safety first and let's why not starting with this data point. We also made really progress on the safety side last year, we could reduce the LTIF by 36% and this year by another 23% so far. It's still not good enough. Zero accidents is our target.
