EverBank Financial Corp is a unitary savings and loan holding company. Everbank provides a full range of financial services to individuals and small- to medium-sized businesses. The company operates through three reporting segments, including consumer banking, commercial banking, and corporate services. The bank primarily operates in select target markets throughout Florida. Most of its lending products, however, have a national reach through lending offices based in major metropolitan markets in the United States. Half of the bank's loan portfolio is in the form of home equity lines of credit in California.
