Forager Australian Shares Fund was incorporated on October 6, 2009. It is a closed-ended investment fund company. The Company's investment objective is to outperform the S&P/ASX All Ordinaries Accumulation Index over a rolling 5 year period. It invests in securities listed on ASX and aims to generate capital growth and occasionally some income from investments it holds. The Company will invest no more than 10% of its assets into unlisted investments. It holds a relatively small number of securities, generally between 15 and 25.
