BOC Aviation Ltd is a Singapore-headquartered aircraft operating lessor that owns, manages, and leases commercial passenger and cargo aircraft to airlines worldwide. Its fleet consists largely of narrowbody aircraft from Airbus and Boeing, which it acquires through direct orders, sale-and-leaseback transactions, and purchases in the secondary market, then places on long-term operating leases. The company also provides finance leases, engine leasing, and third-party aircraft asset management, including remarketing and technical management services for airlines, banks, and other investors. Customers are primarily commercial airlines across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East, with a significant portion of revenue generated in China and other Asian markets. Revenue comes mainly from lease rentals, supplemented by fees from aircraft management, remarketing, and maintenance-related services. BOC Aviation is majority-owned by Bank of China and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
