TPG Telecom Ltd is an Australian telecommunications operator formed by the 2020 merger of TPG and Vodafone Hutchison Australia. It provides mobile, fixed broadband, and fixed voice services to consumer, small business, enterprise, wholesale, and government customers across Australia. Its brands include Vodafone, TPG, iiNet, Internode, Lebara, AAPT, and felix. The company operates a nationwide mobile network that it continues to upgrade to 5G, alongside fixed-line infrastructure. Revenue comes from mobile and broadband subscriptions, voice and data plans, enterprise and wholesale connectivity, and equipment sales. In 2025 TPG agreed to sell its fibre network assets to Vocus, reshaping its infrastructure ownership while it retains its mobile and fixed wireless operations. TPG Telecom is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
