Dexco SA is a Brazilian building materials and wood products company formed from the merger of Duratex and other businesses. It operates in several segments: wood panels, including MDP, MDF and HDF panels, laminates and semi-finished furniture components, sold under the Duratex and Durafloor brands, with industrial units in Brazil and Colombia; bathroom and kitchen fittings, vitreous china, metal fixtures and showers under the Deca, Hydra, Belize and Elizabeth brands; ceramic and porcelain tiles produced under the Ceusa, Portinari and Castelatto brands; and soluble cellulose. Its customers include furniture manufacturers, construction companies, builders, retailers and distributors, with the bulk of revenue generated in Brazil and additional operations elsewhere in Latin America. Revenue comes from manufacturing and selling these products through wholesale, retail and industrial channels.
