BKS Bank AG is an Austrian regional bank headquartered in Klagenfurt, Carinthia, and is the central institution of the BKS Bank Group, which also includes subsidiaries in Slovenia, Croatia, Slovakia, and Italy. The bank provides banking and financial services to private individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, and corporate clients, offering savings and deposit products, loans and mortgages, payment services, leasing, investment and asset management, and securities trading. It operates through segments covering corporate customers, retail customers, financial markets, and other activities, with corporate lending and related services contributing a substantial share of income.
