Its business covers retail and corporate banking, investment banking, leasing, factoring, asset management, and building society services. The group is organized into segments spanning Central Europe (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia), Southeastern Europe (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Serbia, and others), Eastern Europe including Russia and Ukraine, and a Group Corporates and Markets unit.
