Ultrapar Participacoes SA is a Brazilian holding company that operates in fuel distribution, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and bulk liquid storage through its subsidiaries. Its Ultragaz segment distributes LPG to residential, commercial, industrial, and agribusiness customers in both bottled and bulk form. Ipiranga, the largest segment by revenue, distributes and sells fuels and lubricants to service stations operating under the Ipiranga brand across Brazil. Ultracargo provides specialized liquid bulk storage and logistics services at key port and logistics hubs. The company also holds a stake in Hidrovias do Brasil, which operates waterway and multimodal logistics infrastructure.
