Auto Italia Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company whose subsidiaries are principally engaged in the trading of cars and related accessories, provision of after-sales services in the People's Republic of China (PRC), research and development and sales of electric vehicles and related accessories for the European market, as well as property investment and financing activities.
