The secondary objective of the fund is to seek the preservation of capital. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its Managed Assets in senior, secured floating-rate loans. The fund also invest in second-lien loans and high yield bonds and employs financial leverage, which may increase risk to the Fund.
