Power REIT is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns real estate related to properties for Controlled Environment Agriculture, Renewable Energy and Transportation. The company is actively seeking to expand its real estate portfolio related to Controlled Environment Agriculture for the cultivation of food and cannabis. The company is focused on CEA in the form of a greenhouse which uses dramatically less energy than indoor growing, 95% less water usage than outdoor growing, and does not have any agricultural runoff of fertilizers or pesticides.
