Cromwell Property Group is an Australian real estate investment trust and fund manager. It owns and manages a portfolio of commercial real estate, primarily office properties in Australia, and operates a funds management platform that invests in and manages assets on behalf of third-party institutional and retail investors across Australia and New Zealand. The group earns revenue through property rental income from its directly owned portfolio and through management and performance fees from the funds it manages. Cromwell has simplified its business in recent years, exiting its European operations and divesting noncore Australian assets, to focus on a capital-light investment management model with a domestic emphasis. Its customers include tenants of its office properties and the investors in its unlisted and listed funds.
