Its operating segments are: Retail, B2B, E-commerce, and Miscellaneous. Maximum revenue is generated from the Retail segment, which sells wine mainly via a network of retail outlets (Jacques'), which are run by independent agency partners. The B2B segment groups together business activities with retailers; wines and champagnes are sold both by an in-house sales force and by an organisation of trade representatives; and the e-commerce segment comprises wine and champagne distance selling, with activities focused on the consumer.
