Southwest Gas Holdings Inc. is a holding company whose principal subsidiary, Southwest Gas Corporation, purchases, distributes, and transports natural gas in the southwestern United States. Its natural gas distribution segment serves residential, commercial, industrial, and transportation customers in Arizona, Nevada, and parts of California, with residential and small commercial customers accounting for most of its revenue. The company also operates Centuri Group, a utility infrastructure services business that provides construction, maintenance, and replacement services for gas and electric utilities across the United States and Canada. Regulated gas distribution revenue comes from customer rates approved by state utility commissions, while Centuri generates revenue through service contracts with utilities. Southwest Gas Holdings is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
