China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited is the listed holding company of China United Network Communications Group, one of China's three state-owned national telecommunications carriers. It provides mobile services, fixed-line and broadband access, and enterprise information and communications technology solutions. Its mobile business ranks third nationwide, while its fixed-line operations are concentrated in northern China, including Beijing and surrounding provinces. The company also operates large data center and cloud businesses serving government and corporate customers. It shares 5G radio access network infrastructure with China Telecom to reduce costs, and has built out 4G and fiber networks. Revenue comes mainly from mobile subscriptions and data plans, broadband and fixed-line fees, and growing enterprise ICT, cloud, and data center services.
