Universal American Corp was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on December 22, 2011. The Company through its subsidiaries provides health benefits to people covered by Medicare and/or Medicaid. Its segments include Medicare Advantage, MSO, Medicaid, Traditional Insurance, and Corporate & Other. Its businesses include Medicare Advantage, Medicare Accountable Care Organizations and Medicaid.
