CNH Industrial NV is a capital goods company that designs, manufactures, and sells agricultural and construction equipment. Its agricultural segment, marketed under the Case IH, New Holland Agriculture, and Steyr brands, offers tractors, combine harvesters, balers, sprayers, and precision-farming technology. The construction segment, under Case Construction Equipment and New Holland Construction, produces excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, and dozers. The company sells through a global network of independent dealers and distributors to farmers, ranchers, contractors, and infrastructure customers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Asia-Pacific. Revenue comes from equipment sales, parts and service, and financial services, with a captive finance arm providing retail financing to customers and wholesale floor-plan financing to dealers.
