PT Indosat Tbk is an Indonesian telecommunications operator providing mobile, fixed, and data services. Its largest business is cellular, marketed under the IM3 and Tri brands following the merger of Indosat and Tri Indonesia, offering prepaid and postpaid voice, SMS, and mobile data to consumer and enterprise customers across Indonesia. The company also provides fixed-line, fixed broadband, international long-distance, and wholesale interconnection services, plus multimedia, data, and internet offerings for corporate and retail users. It operates extensive domestic network infrastructure, including fiber and mobile coverage in cities and regencies nationwide, and holds international gateway and submarine cable capacity. Revenue comes mainly from mobile prepaid and postpaid subscriptions, data packages, interconnection and wholesale charges, and fixed and enterprise services. Indosat is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and is controlled by Ooredoo and the Indonesian government.
