The Quality Rank measures the business quality of a company relative to other companies. It is ranked based on the strength of the balance sheet, as well as the profitability and growth of the business. The ranked companies are split in equal numbers and then ranked from 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest.

The rank of Profitability (70%)

The ranking of Profitability is done by ranking:

Operating margin mean rank (10-year mean average profit margine)
Operating margin growth rank
Fscore
Predictability rank
Revenue growth rank (5 year), when the growth is higher than 25%, set it as 25%
Num of year profit (number of years that is profitable within the last 10 years)
ROIC median (10-year median of ROIC)

CS Disco Inc provides a cloud-native, artificial intelligence-powered legal solution that simplifies discovery, legal document review, and case management for enterprises, law firms, legal services providers, and governments. Its revenue-generating activities directly relate to the sale and support of legal solutions. It has two primary types of contractual arrangements: usage-based and subscription solutions. The usage-based revenue is derived from contracts under which customers are billed monthly based on their usage.
