What is JX Energy Valuation Rank?

The Valuation Rank measures the current valuation of a business relative to other companies in the same industry and its own historical valuation. The companies are split in equal numbers and then ranked from 1 to 10, with 10 as the most undervalued and 1 as the most overvalued.

These three factors are used to calculate the value score for every eligible company, with values from 1 to 10. The final ranked companies are split in equal numbers and ranked from 1 to 10, with 10 as the most undervalued, and 1 as the most overvalued. The numbers of companies in each rank are the same.

JX Energy Ltd is an exploration and development company pursuing petroleum and natural gas production in Alberta, Canada. It focuses on liquids-rich gas and light crude oil assets in Western Canada with two core areas comprising: Alberta Foothills, which includes natural gas properties in Basing and Voyager area, and Peace River, which includes light crude oil properties in the key areas of Dawson. JX Energy generates the majority of its revenue from the sale of natural gas, natural gas liquids, and condensate. The company has only one reportable operating segment, which is the oil and gas division, principally engaged in oil and gas production, development, exploration, and natural gas trading in western Canada.
