Princes Group PLC is a food and beverage manufacturing company. Its portfolio spans five strategic business units - Foods, Fish, Italian, Oils and Drinks. Its segments include Food: supplies a variety of foods such as baked beans, soups, ready meals, peas and pulses through the large food retailer and foodservice sales channels, which are predominantly manufactured in the UK; Fish: supplies ambient tuna, mackerel, salmon and other fish in the UK and the EEA; Italian: supplies canned tomatoes, branded pasta, pulses and oil products through the large food retailer; Oils: consists of seed, olive and speciality oils, and compound fats; and Drinks: supplies own brand juices, squash and carbonates, operating out of three production facilities in the UK.
