Through its subsidiaries, it operates in several segments: iron ore exploration, mining, crushing and beneficiation, producing iron ore concentrates and fines; trading of health products; commercial trade; and other activities. The health product trade segment generates the majority of group revenue, reflecting a shift away from its historical focus on iron ore mining and processing.
