Along with its subsidiaries, the group is engaged in chrome and platinum mining operations on the Langpan 371KQ farm in Limpopo Province, purchasing and leasing mining equipment, chrome processing and mining, and manufacturing and distributing silicon carbide. Its reportable segments are: silicone carbide, chrome, and corporate. The reportable operating segments derive their revenue predominantly from mining, extraction, production, and selling Chrome concentrate, manufacturing and selling silicone carbide, and corporate services.
