Burlington Stores Inc is a retailer of everyday apparel at low prices. It offers apparel, including ladies sportswear, menswear, coats, and family footwear, as well as baby furniture, accessories, home décor and gifts.

Burlington Stores Inc was organized on February 13, 2013 under the name Burlington Holdings, Inc. and currently exists as a Delaware corporation. The Company is a retailer of apparel at everyday low prices. It offers customers apparel, including ladies sportswear, menswear, coats, and family footwear, as well as baby furniture, accessories, home décor and gifts. It operates approximately 567 stores, inclusive of an internet store located in 45 states and Puerto Rico. The Company's primary distribution centers are located in Edgewater Park, New Jersey and San Bernardino, California. In addition, it operates warehousing facilities to support its two primary distribution centers. The Company uses a variety of broad-based and targeted marketing strategies to efficiently deliver the right message to the targeted audience at the right time. These strategies include national television, direct mail, email, digital marketing, local radio and out-of-home communications. It competes with department stores, off-price retailers, specialty stores, discount stores, wholesale clubs, and outlet stores. The Company's trademarks include BCF, Burlington, Burlington Coat Factory, Cohoes, Luxury Linens, MJM Designer Shoes, and Baby Depot. The Company is subject to regulations by a variety of state and federal regulatory authorities, including the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
