Premium Resources Ltd is a mineral exploration and development company focused on discovering and advancing high-quality copper- nickel-cobalt-platinum element metals (Cu- Ni-Co-PGE) resources. The principal assets of the company are the Selebi and Selebi North nickel-copper-cobalt ("Ni-Cu-Co") mines (the "Selebi Mines") in Botswana and related infrastructure (together, the "Selebi Assets"), as well as the nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum-group elements ("Ni-Cu-Co-PGE") Selkirk mine (the "Selkirk Mine") in Botswana.
