It operates through five divisions: Express, which provides time-definite international courier and parcel delivery; Global Forwarding, Freight, which handles air and ocean freight forwarding and European overland transport; Supply Chain, offering contract logistics, warehousing, and distribution services; eCommerce Solutions, serving cross-border e-commerce shippers; and Post & Parcel Germany, which runs the domestic German mail and parcel business. The company serves business-to-business customers, e-commerce merchants, and consumers worldwide, with the Express, Global Forwarding, Freight, Supply Chain, and eCommerce divisions generating the large majority of revenue and operating across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and emerging markets.
