BlueLife Ltd is a Mauritius-based real estate and hospitality group listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius. It operates through three segments: Property, Hospitality & Leisure, and Services. The Property segment holds and develops commercial and residential investment properties, including mixed-use developments and land. Hospitality & Leisure, the main revenue driver, operates two hotels in Mauritius: the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa and the Radisson Blu Poste Lafayette Resort & Spa. The Services segment provides facilities management, cleaning, housekeeping, syndicate management, and rental and resale support for the group's developments. Revenue comes from property sales and rentals, hotel room and food and beverage operations, and service fees.
