The company operates its business in two segments: Medicare which provides health insurance plans and lesser extent ancillary products such as dental and vision insurance and hospital indemnity plans, to medicare eligible consumers; and Employer and Individual provides individual and family health insurance, and small business health insurance plans and Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements.
